With the arrival of the strong winter and its cold characteristic not care who ends up losing its shape. It is important to exercise regularly and eat properly. Many people during the winter, lose form and then can not retrieve it until the summer.
In Hebrew, various activities are offered interesting and healthy and do not stop in winter. After all, within the framework of the club, the cold does not come with such force. An example is the activities of swimming and aerobics, which are much more enjoyable this winter, after the reform of male and female changing rooms for the best comfort of our patrons. We also carried out work that isolated the cold in access between the pool and locker rooms, with the construction of a wall, sealing the cold and allowing the radiation of heat emanating from inside the new chimney. Finally, winter is much more in the pool HOT thermal Hebrew. Enjoy!
