Winter came, with it the diseases typical of the cold. And as we live in a cold state, could not fail to address the issue, on page 6, with information and tips on how to take good care of your health not to suffer with colds and flu, and most serious diseases that can affect all. A couple of reactions that may or may not arise after the application of vaccines to prevent is always the best medicine. And there's no better way than to maintain good personal hygiene. They are simple steps that can prevent disorders.
Still another theme in this issue, also linked to health, refers to care that we increasingly have to environmental preservation. And it is the lack of information that we have sinned more seriously. The completion of several activities during Environment Week Porto Alegre allowed a closer contact of programs and actions that have been developed to improve the relationship of our population with the nature of our city. However, it is individuality that we can make a difference. If each of us to act responsibly, we will leave a better world for those to follow. Otherwise, more and more natural disasters such as we are seeing across the country, floods, tidal waves on our shores, abrupt climate change, in response to complete failure of our natural resources and our inability to deal with the world sustainably.
