One of the changes that the Federal and State Government has been working tirelessly since 2008 is the gradual implementation of electronic invoicing. It replaces the invoice template 1 and 1A, primarily used by manufacturers and wholesalers.

What changes in the new system is that NFE is generated after approval of the secretaries of State and Federal Farm and this occurs instantaneously when generating the request. Therefore, each NFE represents a document that was approved and filed with the Government.

After the generation of NFE is generated a copy DANFE called to accompany the goods. To see a DANFE just look at the note accompanying soft drinks or cigarettes.

This process is reducing tax evasion, because the enforcement know who sold what to whom sold and sold and, similarly, those who bought and bought and throughout the supply chain.
