Prezada Leitora !
Estaremos encaminhando, o mais breve possível, a sua demanda (via Fala Bom Fim) para a SMIC e Saúde Municipal. Também vamos seguir observando o local para eventual materia em edição futura.
Estou muito insatisfeita com o nosso bairro Bom Fim, mais precisamente com a Rua Barros Cassal na frente da tradicional e bela Sinagoga. Foi instalado recentemente em uma casa velha, nº 745/747 (que não tem estrutura nenhuma, inclusive já pegou fogo) um verdeiro frigorífico (só falta o matadouro) que gera poluição sonora 24 horas por dia, ininterruptamente, transtornando não só os moradores que residem ao lado, como também quem passa e trabalha ao redor diariamente. Além disso, exala cheiro podre que lembra sangue coagulado. Estou passando um verdadeiro horror! Não posso usar vários cômodos do meu apartamento, como a sala, e inclusive o meu quarto. O meu direito à propriedade e dignidade como pessoa humana estão sendo feridos.
Esse tipo de atividade não pode ser instalada no nosso bairro, é um absurdo!! É rebaixar o Bom Fim para 5º categoria. Li no plano diretor que o bairro Bom Fim é classificado como zona mista 2, e, portanto, não poderia ter frigorífico (conforme lista de atividades do PDDUA). Cabe ressaltar, ainda, que descobri que tal estabelecimento está em condição de total irregularidade junto a SMIC/POA . Será qual é a origem das carnes, já que as transportam em veículos não refrigerados (inclusive já flagrei o uso desses carros para transporte de material de construção).
Estou escrevendo este manifesto para que a comunidade se una para fazer valer a Lei concretamente contra essa arbitrariedade, expulsando esse tipo de atividade no nosso bairro, que prejudica moradores que sempre pagaram seus impostos e sempre se preocuparam em fazer o melhor pelo bairro.
A minha família mora a muitos anos nesse bairro, na rua barros cassal desde 1961, sem contar os anos que residiu na Rua Tomas Flores, e nesse tempo sempre respeitou os demais moradores, não os importunando. Então eu quere receber o mesmo tratamento.

Sou moradora do bairro Bom Fim aproximadamente 23 anos, atualmente eu e meu esposo moramos na Rua Sto. Antônio,818 ao lado da empresa de segurança Rudder, gortariamos de compartilhar a nossa indignação com relação ao corte de uma árvore que a SMAM realizou e não foi feita a substituiçã. A rua sto. Antônio é a rua do bairro que menos, ou melhor, literalmente não possui árvores, e para nossa infelicidade uma das poucas que existia foi totalmente destruida. Apelamos para que os responsáveis façam a reposição o mais rápido possível.

Sugiro uma matéria sobre o livro Fragmentos de Memórias organizado por Abraham Milgram(TIto). O livro está composto por vinte ensaios que retratam boa parte da história das famílias judaicas que vieram da Europa para o Brasil e seus filhos, que fundaram o Dror, atual Ichud Habonim, um movimento sionista/socialista que fundou o kibutz Bror Chail em Israel. Os ensaios contém os sonhos e os pesadelos dos jovens que foram eo que não foram para Israel. Mas é mais porque os textos estão repletos de judaísmo, socialismo, sionismo e já são 65 anos que este movimento tem participação ativa entre os jovens.

Sugestão de pauta: uma análise sobre a vegetação das ruas Bom Fim e uma proposição de ajardinamanto para o bairro. Na minha opinião o Bom Fim poderia se tornar uma referênicia de jardins para a cidade. Onde existem jardins dificilmente haverá vandalismo e crime.

Gostaria de registrar e deixar clara minha indignação e saber o porque da demora (isso vai para 1 ano acredito eu) que não ocorre a pintura da faixa de segurança na estação Pronto Socorro da Estação Pronto Socorro – transporte coletivo. Bem em frente ao Banrisul da Osvaldo Aranha, a faixa do corredor de ônibus foi retirada após serviço inacabado de recapeamento.
Ocorre que diariamente os ônibus atravessam e param sobre ela, ficando impossível de atravessar o corredor quando o sinal do pedestre esta verde.

Segundo o Correio do Povo de sábado dia 10/07/2010, as alterações ainda não estão totalmente definidas.
A previsão do início das obras de recuperação do Túnel da Conceição, no Centro da Capital, ainda neste ano, provoca alterações no entorno. Para viabilizar os serviços em duas das quatro faixas do túnel, será indispensável alterar o sentido de algumas ruas das proximidades, desafogando o fluxo de veículos na região. As mudanças integram o Plano de Manejo do Trânsito, execução pela EPTC e pela Secretaria Municipal de Obras e Viação (Smov). O anúncio oficial do início do projeto de recuperação será feito pelo prefeito José Fortunati.
Algumas adaptações são realizadas no canteiro central da avenida Osvaldo Aranha, principal caminho para quem se dirige ao Túnel da Conceição. Em frente à entrada da rua Santo Antônio os canteiros foram adaptados. Uma das possibilidades analisadas pela EPTC é trocar o sentido do fluxo do trânsito na rua. Agora, a Santo Antônio tem sentido único na direção da Osvaldo Aranha para a Independência. Obras similares estão em andamento no início da rua João Telles, que deverá mudar de sentido. A EPTC informa que as alterações foram realizadas, mas não há data para a alteração no fluxo do trânsito na região do bairro Bom Fim. As obras têm provocado interrupção provisória na Osvaldo Aranha. No local, foram colocados cavaletes indicando as mudanças nos canteiros.
O secretário municipal de Obras e Viação, Cássio Trogildo, explicou que o projeto para o início dos trabalhos está pronto, faltando apenas as adaptações no trânsito. “Pela importância e pelo impacto que provocará no trânsito e na região, estamos tendo cuidado para amenizar ao máximo os transtornos à população.”
A estimativa é de que passem pelo túnel 74 mil veículos diariamente. O secretário ressaltou que essa é uma das obras mais aguardadas da cidade. “É visível a necessidade de recuperar a estrutura do túnel, que está, desde a sua fundação, há 38 anos, sem nenhuma recuperação integral”, afirmou.
Pelo projeto, a expectativa é de que as obras tenham duração de dez meses. Uma das principais etapas será a recuperação da estrutura, evitando as infiltrações na parte de concreto, com a implantação de um sistema de drenagem ea desobstrução da rede pluvial. Será recuperado ainda o pavimento das vias e haverá o reforço das lajes superiores dos túneis.
Ao sair do papel, o projeto de obras no Túnel da Conceição terá vencido um longo processo de adiamentos e entraves burocráticos, que duram mais de dois anos. O investimento previsto para a conclusão da recuperação é de cerca de R$ 2,6 milhões, com recursos do governo municipal. Além das mudanças no sentido de algumas ruas, haverá ampla sinalização das novas rotas enquanto ocorrerem as obras. A ideia é garantir a fluidez ao trânsito, que costumeiramente já é complicado no local, em especial nos horários de pico.

Gostaria de perguntar a vocês o que acontecerá nos cruzamentos da Osvaldo Aranha com João Telles, Santo Antônio e Garibaldi. Parece que vão inverter o fluxo na Garibaldi e na Santo Antônio, o que é muito estranho, mas gostaria mesmo de saber o que vai acontecer com a João Telles, onde sou morador.
Se transformarem nossa rua em mão dupla, vai se tornar um caos. Acredito que vão simplesmente permitir a entrada do tráfego diretamente na Osvaldo, no sentido Ufrgs > HPS.

Sou morador do bairro e jamais pensei que o nosso Parque da Redenção, local de encontros entre amigos e de tanta Paz, fosse liberado quase todos os domingos das l0 às 20h para show musicais
” que deveriam proporcionar-nos muita alegria e satisfação”, estejam sendo efetuados sem o devido cuidado com a Lei do Silêncio. Deveria haver uma melhor fiscalização quanto ao volume em decibéis que são transmitidos pelos seus alto-falantes, pois os maiores prejudicados e atingidos são os pacientes do Pronto Socorro, as crianças e os idodos. Creio que é o momento de uma providência neste sentido! Sou um dos idosos que vem sofrendo com esta abusiva situação! Alfredo .

com relação ao lixo da Rua Irmão José Otão, a questão é crônica de aducação/higiene e endoço as palavras da Cláudia.
Porém, aqui vai outro viés ao insolucionável problema: de onde vem aquele lixo todo? Meu Deus….seria dos respeitáveis prédios ao redor??
Parece que a classe média do Bom Fim se acostumou a jogar o seu lixo ou permitir que o seu zelador “jogue” o lixo 20 metros adiante. Parece uma cena da Idade Média quando a burguesia murava suas moradias para que a peste não entrasse, jogando seus dejetos metros adiante.
Moramos num bairro que causa vergonha. Mais sujo que o Sarandi, Iapi, Lami, Berta e Cidade Baixa.
Aqueles que combatiam as casa noturnas nos anos 80 e 90 ea gurizada punk deveriam se rebelar contra o lixo nas calçadas.

Venho sugerir matéria sobre a grande quantidade de lixo nas ruas do nosso bairro. Após vários contatos com os órgãos competentes, sem solução definitiva, tento junto a este jornal uma forma de despertar para o problema.
Quem passa pela Rua Irmão José Otão entre a Santo Antônio e João Telles se depara há algum tempo com grande concentração diária de lixo. No final do ano passo liguei para prefeitura na expectativa de solucionar o problema. Embora placas destacando a legislação que proíbe colocação de lixo no local, a prefeitura não tem serviço de fiscalização capaz de impedir os papeleiros de ali fazerem sua seleção, bem como identificar demais depositantes de lixo.
No mínimo duas vezes por mês telefono para o 156, onde sempre sou bem atendida, solicitando que o caminhão do lixo passe no mínimo três vezes por dia. Única alternativa sugerida pela própria prefeitura. Mas o serviço é bastante irregular e na maior parte das vezes ocorre apenas no único horário da noite.
O lixão cresce a cada dia. Com freqüência é visualizado cadeira, ventilador e até armário ali depositado. Quem deseja passar pela calçada tem apenas uma opção: cruzar no meio do lixo.
O lixo é grande responsável pela proliferação de animais transmissores de doenças e de alagamentos em época de chuva.
Fica aqui minha sugestão de matéria, ou melhor, minha esperança de um possível caminho ruma a melhorias.

como moradora do bairro e assídua leitora deste jornal, solicito que seja realizada uma matéria sobre os moradores de rua que se instalaram no bairro. Justifico pelo fato de que os próprios moradores do bairro estimulam a dependência dessas pessoas, alimentando-as e fornecendo-lhes roupas. Tanto a Prefeitura quanto a ONG´s que tratam do assunto enfatizam que devem ser evitadas tais atitudes. No entanto, ao longo do tempo, notamos que em cada rua aumenta o número de pessoas em estado deplorável. Portanto, contamos com este jornal para uma campanha nesse sentido e que o bairro volte a ser um lugar onde se possa caminhar novamente pelas ruas sem tropeçar e ser tropeçado por indigentes.

- Desrespeito ao cliente (Bradesco) –
Sou consorciado do Bradesco Consórcios, contemplado a mais de um ano e com 50% do consórcio quitado. Ao solicitar a aquisição de um terreno vazio (lote), tipo de imóvel previsto no contrato e confirmado pelo atendimento ao cliente, tive minha solicitação rejeitada porque “o terreno não possui energia elétrica”.
1. O contrato não possui essa exigência
2. Por ser um terreno vazio obviamente o mesmo não possui padrão de energia
3. O fornecimento de energia elétrica necessita apenas da solicitação à empresa responsável
Todos esses argumentos foram apresentados à administração do consórcio, inclusive através de um advogado do PROCON, mas nada adiantou o Bradesco simplesmente recusou-se a voltar atrás na decisão e não me entregam sequer a negativa por escrito.
Sinto me lesado e frustado com a atitude dessa empresa, pois além de perder o negócio e provavelmente o sinal tenho que engolir essa decisão arbitrária, sem um pingo de bom senso ou respeito aos desejos do cliente.
Deveriam mudar o slogan da campanha publicitária para: O negócio furou? Presença Bradesco!
O Gut-Goi me parece mito embasado na arte do Woody Allen. Seria interessante um goi comedy desvencilhar-se da psicanálise só para tentar algo diferente.

Ainda, gostaria de sugerir uma reportagem quanto à construção de uma loja
em um terreno baldio das esquinas da José Otão e Tomaz Flores, que se
iniciou há poucos dias e que promete, além de finalmente dar um recuo e
aumentar o espaço da calçada para os pedestres, possibilitar o fim de
acúmulo de lixo no local, finalmente!
Outras coisas que eu gostaria de sugerir que se escrevesse a respeito são
a inauguração do Psico Bar (na Barros Cassal) e do Basco Loco (na
Fernandes Vieira), assim como um questionamento à direção da Redenção
acerca do sumiço dos bancos que ladeavam o espelho d'água… foram para
manutenção? Para substituição por bancos da Pepsi? Ou simplesmente
alguém, sem ouvir a população, decidiu que eles eram desnecessários, e
retirou-os dali para sempre?

Sou morador do bairro (rua Ramiro Barcelos 1892/01) e há muito acompanho a evolução do jornal.
Para o entendimento da visão que apresento sobre reportagem do jornal cabe relatar minha formação – Sociólogo, escritor eo único brasileiro com formação em “Planejamento Estratégico aplicado ao manejo do Meio Ambiente no Município” no país.
Reportagem: Campanha Propõe melhoria da iluminação no Bairro.
Citando o caso do Condomínio Madrigal (Totalmente errada).
A iniciativa da campanha merece respeito e é extremamente necessária e desde já me coloco a sua disposição, até mesmo sugerindo que a campanha mundial de combate a poluição luminosa seja de iniciativa (aqui em POA) de seu jornal.
A iluminação aberta e dispersiva como é o caso do Condomínio Madrigal vem sendo combatida em todo o mundo, pois acarreta um desperdício de até 30% de energia ea mesma porcentagem em economia (todos estão pagando essa conta principalmente à natureza). O mesmo direcionamento dos raios e ondas de luz agride os transeuntes com a luz direta nos olhos, podendo causar acidentes principalmente em idosos, crianças e quem usa óculos e lentes. No Caso até os carros que passam em velocidade pele Felipe Camarão (a luz branca ou fria como é chamada distorce as cores e causa o efeito da sobreposição de imagens entre ondas de luz e sombra ofuscando os olhos e dificultando a observação). Por várias vezes pensei em protestar formalmente contra o projeto de iluminação do Condomínio Madrigal.
A iluminação correta é com o foco direcionado para baixo, se possível com luz amarela, com o bojo de proteção ocupando no mínimo 50% do entorno da lâmpada. Evitando dessa forma que as ondas se dispersem para o espaço, causando a poluição luminosa. Desta forma, podem ser usadas lâmpadas de menor potencia que causam o mesmo efeito de iluminação a um custo 30% mais econômico. Somente no Reino Unido anualmente ocorre um desperdício de U$ 3,32 bilhões em função da iluminação errada. Tenho certeza que os condôminos do Madrigal gostarão de economizar esse valor que poderia ser usado em outras benfeitorias.
Estes fatores acusam a evolução e nível de conhecimento e informação de um povo. E o nosso bairro bem que poderia dar o exemplo de busca por segurança com o uso correto da iluminação. Estaremos não somente tornando nossas ruas mais charmosas e seguras como também demonstrar nossa preocupação com a poluição ambiental.
Bem que poderíamos começar essa campanha pelos condomínios e comércio do bairro!

SEMINÁRIO DISCUTE VIOLÊNCIAS SOCIAIS E SEUS REFLEXOS NA ESCOLA
Evento aocorrerá em Porto Alegre, nos dias 6 e 7 de agosto
A partir de iniciativa conjunta do Instituto Humanidades, que desde 2007 promove os Seminários de Estudos 'Ações protetivas frente a um cotidiano de violências', e da Comissão de Educação e Cultura da Câmara dos Deputados, acontece nos dias 6 e 7 de agosto, o Seminário Estadual de Interlocução – Violências Sociais e seus reflexos na Escola. A atividade, aberta a profissionais ligados à área da educação, pais, estudantes, pesquisadores e comunidade em geral, busca refletir sobre múltiplas violências sociais contemporâneas e em como elas se manifestam no ambiente escolar. Isso através de mesas temáticas, com a participação de antropólogos, psicólogos, pedagogos, profissionais do direito, sociólogos e autoridades.
Atividade de extensão universitária, tem o apoio do Centro Universitário IPA Metodista e da Comissão de Educação, Cultura, Desporto, Ciência e Tecnologia da Assembléia Legislativa gaúcha e dos Centros Sociais Maristas.
